About Us

This is a Japanese restaurant that offers what is known as [Kuzushi Kaiseki] - a meal which combines Kaiseki cuisine (traditional Japanese course cuisine with tea) with soba, sushi, and other delicacies. The restaurant serves innovative arrays that include dishes from Western, which are almost never used in a traditional Kaiseki course, such as the popular [Aburi Zushi], in which the combination of fresh ingredients and the scorching technique draw out the umami of the meat.
